About Me
Meet Your Birth Doula - Hailey

My doula journey began in 2017, shortly after I was diagnosed with postpartum depression. Motherhood had been a wake-up call to me, and my hospital birth had left feeling disempowered and isolated in motherhood. I had been expecting an enthusiastic community to celebrate and support me, but I had crickets instead. After taking doula trainings and beginning to attend births, I quickly discovered my passion: creating spaces where mothers are exquisitely cared for. In May 2024, I took my yoga teacher training, and shifted into an entirely new paradigm of caring for my community. Now, through mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation, and education, I offer a wide array of modalities for you to achieve a birth that leaves you feeling powerful, connected, and secure. Welcome to Aquarius Moon. I am so happy you’re here.

"Hailey Berry was a glimmer of hope in a growingly frustrating relationship with my doctor. My husband and I were fed up with our OBGYN beginning to push the idea that couldn’t have my baby naturally and that we needed to have an induction BEFORE I was even due! Mind you, I’m a first time mom and I understand that it’s completely normal to go past your due date, so long as everyone is healthy. That’s exactly what we all were, healthy. No gestational diabetes, no high blood pressure, no complications with pregnancy (Thank you Jesus). We reached out to another doula who was going to be out of town during our due date. She recommended a doula who she would hire for herself should she have another baby, and thus began our journey with Hailey We met at a coffee shop and literally couldn’t stop talking. She took so much time and cared about every single detail that I could want. There was no question whether to ask her to be our doula or not. I was later in my pregnancy, so we only got to meet once. But she helped us prepare as best we could and was always on call for us. We did give in to our provider and chose to induce after I was 41 weeks and 2 days. Hailey met us at the hospital at midnight and never left my side. She set up candles, an oil diffuser, snacks, provided any aids you could think of. A sleep mask, a comb to squeeze, and a speaker to listen to my music she advocated for me with my nurses from the very beginning. She even caught the small detail of them telling me I needed to put on the hospital gown and reassured me that I could wear mine. When I say I had a horrible OB, I’m not exaggerating. But Hailey stood steadfast with me the entire time. She held my hand while my husband squeezed my hips and I attempted to labor with Pitocin. She advocated for any decision I made and didn’t miss a beat. My doctor had thrown my entire rhythm off when she stampeded into the room and the battle got harder and harder. She threatened to discharge us AMA if I didn’t allow her to cut my baby out by 2 pm. After feeling so defeated with the Pitocin contractions and talking through my options with my husband and Hailey, we ultimately decided to meet our baby that day. She assured me over and over that I didn’t fail and that it was going to be okay. She gave me hope that one day I could hopefully try for a VBAC, and that she would be there for me then too. Although I didn’t get the birth I truly wanted, I had amazing team behind me. I would choose Hailey over and over again. Here’s the shorter one Hailey Berry was a glimmer of hope in a growingly frustrating relationship with my doctor. She paid attention to every single detail I had in my heart. She advocated without ceasing and remained a calm presence in such a hectic and scary environment. I will work with her with every single pregnancy I ever have, and will forever be thankful I had her for my first baby. If you’re wanting an advocate that truly cares about YOU, you’ve come to the right one."
